Ljubljana – At its meetings, the Licensing Commission of the Chamber of Commerce discussed the received documentation of clubs in the process of obtaining competition licenses for the 2019/2020 season. The licensing process was successfully completed by all clubs, which thus obtained the appropriate competition licenses. After receiving the report of the Licensing Committee, forwarding the applications of the clubs and fulfilling the conditions of the competition rules and the provisions of the competition propositions, the Competition Committee of the Competition Committee of the Competition Committee also published an overview of the teams registered to participate in the membership competitions in the upcoming competition season.In the first part of the licensing process for the 2019/2020 competitive season, clubs were required to submit documentation demonstrating the relevant sporting, legal and financial criteria for the 2018 calendar year. To obtain a competition license for the 2019/2020 season for 1. SKL has requested all 10 first league players from the 2018/2019 season and the champion 2. SKL, and all 11 clubs also received the license. For 2nd men's SKL was licensed to 13 clubs, for The 3rd men's SKL has been licensed by 25 clubs, while women's clubs do not carry out licensing. Clubs 1. SKL, 2. SKL and 3. SKL is facing the second part of the licensing process in September, when the competition license will need to be validated with the appropriate staffing, infrastructure and financial criteria for the first half of calendar year 2019.
After receiving the report of the Licensing Commission on the competition licenses issued, the submitted applications of the clubs, the fulfillment of the conditions of the competition rules and the provisions of the competition propositions, the Competition Commission of the KZS published an overview of the teams registered for participation in membership competitions in the 2019/2020 competition season. Once the final calendars of all international competitions are known, Berger's tables and information about the date of the draw will also be provided to the clubs.
2. SKL (12 teams)
Ilirija, Celje, Mesarija Prunk Sežana, Brinox Medvode, Parklji, ECE Triglav, Hrastnik, LTH Castings, Žoltasti Troti, Ljubljana, Postojna, Portorož.
In the first part of the competition, 12 teams participate. The competition is held according to a two-round league system and a schedule that is determined on the basis of Berger's table and the numbers drawn.
In the second part, eight teams participate in the competition for the championship title, which play in the first round of the playoffs (quarterfinals) on two won matches, as well as in the second round of the playoffs (semifinals) and the third round of the finals (finals).
In the second part of the contest for survival Four teams participate in the 2nd SKL: the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth ranked teams of the first part of the competition. In this part of the competition, the teams play according to a two-round league system (6 rounds). The schedule of matches is drawn up by the league commissioner based on Berger's table and the standings of the teams after the first part of the competition. The mutual results of the participating teams from the first part are transferred. The third and fourth-placed teams of the second part of the relegation competition in the 2nd SKL (eleventh and twelfth ranked team 2. SKL) participates in the competition in the upcoming competition season 3. GLASS.
