After finishing third and losing two in the group stage, the JMMB Team managed to make it to the semi-finals and then to the finals after the repechage. In the final, they defeated the still undefeated team of the Slippers from Koper with a score of 17:14 and won the first Europacific Cup 2022 championship title.
The JMMB Team consisted of:
Jernej Cergolj, Maj Žigon, Mark Stjepović and Bor Prinčič.
