Portorož Youth matched well 36. minutes to the experienced Eagles
The other member team played a match of the first round of the 4. SKL against KK Orli Postojna. Our young team is still waiting for certain reinforcements, especially in the form of height under the basket and experience. In the first match, the boys showed that they can compete against experienced players who have already crossed their path. We were tied in the opener, leading twice with a five-point difference, but ended it at 16:16. In the second half, our boys stepped on the gas, and went into the break with a two-point advantage. The third quarter went to the visitors, who started the final quarter with a two-point lead, up to 35. minutes were parried and kept hopes of a turnaround alive when Marin Gulič reduced the score to -3 with a throw. A partial score of 5:19 followed.
