In the match, where the favoured fifth-placed Slovan and the eighth-placed Portoro\u017e met, the hosts missed the first “final ball” for mathematical placement in the playoffs. For Portoro\u017e, the best captain was Cveti\u0109anin, who was the best scorer of the game with 24 points, but the effect of Rogelja, which was almost completely disabled by the guests with a “handball” defense, was missing. Unfortunately, the refereeing criterion was not balanced, at least when judging personal fouls, they allowed rough play on Rogelj, under Slovan’s basket there were many unjudged personal fouls, on the other hand, the hosts were judged personal fouls even with minimal contact. Such a criterion annoyed both the home management and the players and the audience. Regardless, Slovan deservedly won.
